Terms of Service

Last updated: 16 July 2026. These terms govern the moving and relocation services provided by R K Packers & Movers. By booking our services, you agree to the terms below.

Quotations

All quotations are based on the information you provide about your goods, locations and services required. Final charges may vary if the actual scope differs from what was described (for example, additional items, floors without a lift, or long-carry distances).

Packing & handling

We take all reasonable care in packing, loading, transporting and unloading your goods. We recommend that high-value and fragile items be professionally packed by our team and, where applicable, covered by transit insurance.

Insurance & liability

Transit insurance is optional and is arranged separately at your request. Where insurance is not opted for, our liability is limited as per the agreed terms. Claims must be reported promptly and supported by relevant documentation.

Payments

Payment terms will be communicated as part of your quotation. Services are scheduled upon confirmation of booking.

Cancellations

If you need to reschedule or cancel, please inform us as early as possible so we can adjust our crew and vehicle planning.
